    HELENA - The Code Commissioner of the Montana Legislature announces that section  70-17-210  of the Montana Code Annotated has been corrected to reflect amendments passed by the 2023 Legislature in Senate Bill No. 247 (Ch. 665, L. 2023). These amendments were not included in the bill submitted to the Governor for signature in May 2023.
