MDTL Release Deskbook Second Edition 2010
The Release Deskbook is a desk reference for lawyers, first created by MDTL to cover personal injury claims. Included in the first edition were loose leaf forms and general discussion and practice pointers. Since it was first created, practitioners have seen the need to expand the Deskbook to cover non-injury claims of many types as well as issues common to all civil litigation. The Deskbook is available on DVD. The price for a single user is $250 for MDTL members and $350 for non-members.
